COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I play? Roll a die and place it in one of your three columns. Matching numbers in a column multiply its score. A die placed across from matching dice breaks them. When a board is full, the higher score wins. Pip teaches you everything in the prologue.

I bought the full game, but it's locked on my new device. Open the story map and tap "Unlock the story", then choose "Restore purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do free games work? Without the full game, you get 3 games a day against Pip and 3 games of Tali. They come back at midnight, your local time.

Will I lose my progress if I change phones or reinstall? No, as long as iCloud is on for Knucklebones (iPhone Settings > your name > iCloud). Your story, streak, records and Tali games are kept in your iCloud account.

I can't play online. Online games use Game Center. Check that you are signed in (iPhone Settings > Game Center) and connected to the internet. To invite friends, they need to be your Game Center friends, and the game needs permission to see them.

How do I add Pip's widget? Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit > Add Widget, search for Knucklebones and choose a size.

How do I turn off the reminders? Tap your streak on the Home screen and switch off the reminder, or go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Knucklebones.

How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
